Probably the fix (http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users@python.org/msg52700.html)
for #517997 (which is already archived) will fix this too.
Why is that fix not in lenny ?
Applying it local avoided the exception here (and thus getting a lot of
repeated bounce processing mails) today.
