[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#339059: mailman: Mailman/debconf forgets answer to language list question at install time

Hi,

Today I found that bug 339059 still exists in package  
version 1:2.1.13-5 (Squeeze)
I found no evidence in the changelog that the issue is resolved in the  
newest version (1:2.1.15-1; currently in testing).

In short:
- The selection of additional languages and default site language is  
not remembered when the package is installed
- It makes no difference when I preseed debconf with a custom debconf  
database containing the desired settings (using DEBCONF_DB_FALLBACK)
- dpkg-reconfigure works

Please let me know if I need to provide additional details.

I can not judge the severity of this ug, but it is already open for a  
long time...
