This is due to not adding the add_virtualhost declarations in mm_cfg.py.  If you add these lines as well as the POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS declaration, then run ~/bin/genaliases, you will get the relevant virtual alias files for Exim to use.
