From the bug report, I'm unsure about the exact nature of the problem. There 
have not been many complaints since 2004 about Mailman with Exim so I guess it 
works - I do not use Exim myself. If there's an Exim problem, I suggest that 
an Exim user (you?) debugs it and lets me know how I need to change the 
documentation.
