[Pkg-mailman-hackers] request for mailman backport

hi all,


i created a backports package at

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/mailman

i'm not sure if i should add myself to Uploaders: field or whether to
put NMU anywhere in either the version number or the changelog.
probably that also depends on who will eventually upload..
