Hello,

I have a list with web_page_url = 'http://myvirtualhost/mailman/' while
mm_cfg.DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN = 'https://%s/'. As
HTMLFormatter.GetMailmanFooter calls Utils.ScriptURL('listinfo') without
passing web_page_url the 'Overview of all %(hostname)s mailing lists'
link points to http://myvirtualhost/listinfo instead of
http://myvirtualhost/mailman/listinfo.

I think the right fix is to pass my list's web_page_url to ScriptURL.
