hi backports folks,
hi mailman maintainers,


mailman >= 2.1.19 has an additional option for bounce processing:
bounce_notify_owner_on_bounce_increment that i'd be happy to use for my
lists.

i tried building and installing from the stretch source package
(2.1.22) in jessie with no problems.

can you please make a version >= 2.1.19 available in jessie-backports?
