Thinking about it, I wonder if it should have been a Lintian override
with a description there.

Whilst it will cease to be warned about later (because that tag is only
fired when there is a single changelog entry) that's probably where
everyone will look for it.

No need to re-upload straight away, but perhaps change it in your repo
ready for your next upload.
