[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Request to join pkg-mailman-hackers

Dear developers,

I'm hereby asking to join pkg-mailman team as I'm currently working on
packaging mailman3 suite. As I'm not a debian developer, I found some
sponsors (Barry and Mattia) who suggested to try to incorporate my work into
the already existing mailman project!

My login is peb-guest, and as I just said, I already have sponsors eager to
help me into my work (I'll let them ask to join or join on their own).
