Hello,

My mailman3 instance is restarting everyday  at exact time. Please see
below log.

Aug 15 06:25:06 2018 (719) Master watcher caught SIGHUP.  Re-opening log
files.
Aug 16 06:25:07 2018 (719) Master watcher caught SIGHUP.  Re-opening log
files.

I feel like it is similar to
