[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#889588: django-mailman3: please produce a python3-django-mailman3 package

mailman3 generally uses python3.  it'd be great to have the django
mailman3 package also be available for python3, rather than requiring
installation of python 2.7 just for the django integration.
