[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Migrating away from alioth

Hi all,

Since Debian Salsa is now in beta
(https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2017/12/msg00003.html) I
propose we migrate towards it.

The old "mailman" repo is still on svn so is in high need to migrate to
git anyway.

I think there are three steps involved:
1) Change maintainer field, because this mailing list will go away. It is
said that "mailman at packages.debian.org" can be used instead.

2) Import pkg-mailman.git from Alioth to Salsa
(http://www.df7cb.de/blog/2017/Salsa_batch_import.html)

2) Migrate "mailman" from svn to git on Salsa.

We can do (1) right away for our packages, regardless of vcs migration.
Any objections on starting on the other points?
