Sorry, i forgot to mention that i have already following MTA config in
/etc/mailman3/mailman.cfg

[mta]
incoming: mailman.mta.exim4.LMTP
outgoing: mailman.mta.deliver.deliver
lmtp_host: localhost
smtp_host: localhost
lmtp_port: 8024
smtp_port: 25
configuration: python:mailman.config.exim4


And of course an exim is running on the same machine.
