[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#893010: mailman3-web fails to install (missing debconf field)

Hi,

when installing mailman3-web, it fails and complains about
mailman3-web/database-type that doesn't exist.

we're using dbconfig-no-thanks, however, from briefly skimming through
the mailman3-web.config file, this shoudn't make any difference, no?
