Since this bugreport is about the binary package rename mailman3-core ->
mailman3, which was a one-time change and won't affect any new users, I
wonder whether you fixed the issue on your system in the meantime.
I'd like to close the bugreport as mailman3-core is no longer available
anywhere in the archives.
