[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#909587: hyperkitty: autopkgtest requires python3.7 but doesn't depend on it

The hyperkitty autopkgtest uses py3versions to run its commands.
py3versions in unstable returns "python3.7 python3.6". The autopkgtest
indirectly depends on python3:any which is currently python3.6. This
causes a test failure since python3.7 isn't installed.

I think you can fix this by adding python3-all to the Depends field in
debian/tests/control.
