[Pkg-mailman-hackers] mailman3-full and import of old mailman21 mbox files?

Hi

Currently installed latest buster mailman3-full and it works ok so far.
(still needs some more docs, got caught with REST API).

Now I want to import old mailman21 lists and archives.
mailman import21 foo-list at example.com /path/to/mailman2/foo-list/config.pck

did worked great.

but:
python manage.py hyperkitty_import -l foo-list at example.com
$var_prefix/archives/private/foo-list.mbox/foo-list.mbox

fails with
raceback (most recent call last):
  File "manage.py", line 8, in <module>
    from django.core.management import execute_from_command_line
ImportError: No module named django.core.management


what do I miss?

(also: any timeframe for mailman 3.2.2 with REST API using JSON?)
