[Pkg-mailman-hackers] update mailman3 for an upcoming buster point release?

Hi folks--
I think there should be an update to mailman3 in a buster point release.
The version of mailman3 doesn't currently handle importing a config.pck
from a mailman 2.1 instance. (see #958976)
Furthermore, the mailman logrotate scripts misbehave when mailman is
backed by postgres (see #958977)
Perhaps i'm biased due to trying to operate mailman3 on a debian stable
machine, which uses postgres, and tries to import configuration from a
2.1 instance, but these seem like bugs that are likely to have an effect
for other users of debian stable as well. And, they have nice,
narrowly-targeted fixes.
I've prepared a debian/buster branch (using DEP-14 branch naming) here:
https://salsa.debian.org/dkg/mailman3/-/commits/debian/buster
perhaps that branch could be imported into the mailman-team/mailman3.git
repo as well?
Of course, if you want to pull in other fixes for stable, that'd be
fine too, but i haven't needed any other fixes.
All that branch needs is for a maintainer to do:
gbp dch --distribution=buster --new-version=3.2.1-1+deb10u1 --release
to prepare the final changelog.
let me know if i can help out more.
