I see:

Package: mailman3
Version: 3.2.2-1
Depends: ..., python3-psycopg2 | python3-pymysql, ...

and that should be good enough; I don't want the mysql packages on my
system as I'm using postgres.

Perhaps it could be added to the Recommends/Suggest section, but please
don't add it as a hard dependency.
