I see. It's a bit confusing: The `mailman3-web` Debian Package still
uses the older mailman-suite[1] project as source, which is similar but
not identical to the newer mailman-web[2] project that you mention.
We have plans to migrate to mailman-web, but didn't find time to do it yet.
Still I agree that a `/usr/bin/mailman-web` wrapper script would be
useful. The next upload of `mailman-suite` (binary package
`mailman3-web`) will ship one.
