[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#1008596: mailman3-web: configure failed with error key was to long

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I installed mailman3-full. First try failed due to missing Python packages (pymysql,django-mysql) which was not automaticly installed.
After manually installing these packages installation won't continue due to an SQL error:

django.db.utils.OperationalError: (1071, 'Specified key was too long; max key length is 2000 bytes')
dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Paketes mailman3-web (--configure):

I can't fix this error. Mailman3 cannot be used, I removed all related packages.

Current MariaDB Server is installed (1:10.5.15-0+deb11u1).
