Judging from the date of your report, the problem seems to be that you
were running an older version of mailman3 without dmarc_addresses.

This was introduced in 3.3.9:

In Debian, mailman3 was updated from 3.3.8 to 3.3.10 in March 2025, so
this is probably no longer an issue.
