[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#1146419: mailman3: autopkgtest depends on dead upstream & unmaintained python3-flufl.testing

Hi,

python3-flufl.testing depends on deprecated python3-pkg-resources
and I was considering the removal of python3-flufl.testing

(see: https://gitlab.com/warsaw/flufl.testing
"As of 2020-06-17 I have archived this project
 and will no longer be developing it.")

A blind shot at Salsa CI proves that in the current state of things,
python3-flufl.testing is still needed for autopkgtest,
but weirdly for regular build-time tests.
(ok well the tests are disabled)

I'm filling this as RC to get attention on the best way of action:
either usage of python3-flufl.testing is patched-out,
or python3-flufl.testing needs to be kept alive here.
