Dear Maintainer,

With pluma 1.8.1+dfsg1-2 External Tools was listed under plugins. I could
enable it and the tools worked just fine.
After the upgrade to 1.10.2+dfsg1-1 External Tools is no longer listed under
plugins and needless to say they no longer work.
