Whereas closing #788901 (provide gir1.2-mate-polkit package) manually  
was correct for 1.10.2-1, I just did a second and closer check of the  
recent mate-polkit upload and realized that providing an API doc  
package is still an open issue.

Thus reopening this bug... Sorry for the noise.
