Bug#800352: gnome-main-menu doesn't work in MATE 1.10 and has other issues

Due to several changes in MATE 1.10, gnome-main-menu applet does not
work anymore. It also has some other issues. All of the issues have been
addressed in upstream pull requests, but these were not accepted yet:

1. Out-of-bounds issue in a loop, fixed in [1]
2. Error in libcaja-extension check during build, fixed in [2]
3. Wrong schema reference, fixed in [3]
4. Missing help, fixed in [4]
