Bug#826261: caja: Problem for the folders that contain many elements (> 170)

Dear Maintainer,

For Caja in icon and compact view, I do not have this problem in list view.

When a folder contains more than 170 items (about) in icon view, and more for the compact view,
right click to rename an item does not work, the name is selected but not in edit.
I can only rename the elements of the first line for icon view and the first column for compact view.

The scroll bar gets stuck a line before the end of the elements, you can not see the last line (icon view) and the last column (compact view).
To test, simply open the folder "/var/log", "/usr/lib" or "/usr/bin".

I use the theme "TraditionalOK".
