Bug#836006: mate-terminal: Mate-terminal on Mate desktop does not show transparency and ignores setting of window size

It appears this edeveloped over the last several weeks. Mate-terminal could be set to
transparency and obeyed window sizes set in the profile.
The version now on my machine cannot be made transparent and ignores window size settings.
