 Topmenu is a standalone global menu bar (MacOS X style).

 The project provides support for GTK2 and GTK3 based desktop
 applications. Plugins for Qt4 applications and some Mozilla apps are
 also provided. Integration into MATE, XFCE and LXDE is implemented via
 panel applets.
 .
 TopMenu uses XEmbed for exporting menu bars.
 .
 This package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian MATE
 Packaging Team.
