Bug#798134: Seems fixed in 1.12.1-1

You don't need to write "thanks" when using the syntax "Control:". Both are mutually exclusive. "thanks" actually means "stop parsing for BTS" commands but since you prefixed and therefore marked all commands with "Control:", it doesn't make any sense to tell tha BTS when to stop parsing for commands.
