I *strongly* disagree with the comments on this site. You should, in
fact, *always* report *upstream* bugs upstream.

Yeah, so basically this says "Report the bug to the maintainer and hope
that the maintainer forwards your upstream bug report upstream just
to make sure the whole process of fixing the issue is delayed."

This is stupid. I'm asking to get this changed! Again, upstream bugs
should *always* be filed upstream otherwise chances are you are waiting
forever to get your bug fixed.
