Dear Maintainer,

I have recently noticed the Weather Report applet spams the screen with
notifications, from time to time.

It looks like the applet updates the information multiple times in a very short
period of time, and all the updates are notified filling the whole screen with
weather information.

The issue looks "random" and I was not able to reproduce it. I have attached a
little screenshot.

Weather Report version: 1.12.1
