Bug#845138: mate 1.16.1 released. Please upload version 1.16.1 ASAP into debian sid, so that it integrates into debian stable 9 stretch

Ohh. Having That Version 3.18 will be the greatest thing to have in debian 9.
That will make our our future happiest for next many years, with
debian stable 9. Thanks a lot in advance. :-)
