Bug#836239: mate-terminal: Crash also happens when unchecking "use system colours"

Package: mate-terminal
Version: 1.14.1-1
Followup-For: Bug #836239

I suppose it is the same bug I have hit, but I thought I should report
it anyway:

I see mate-terminal is always using what it calls "system colors" (white
letters which are damn hard to read on transparent background), and when
I uncheck the corresponding box, it crashes.

I also tried to unset transparency, but that led to the same immediate
crash
