Bug#836994: mate-panel: get wnck-applet underallocation notification all the time in journalctl

Hi,

this is not just about the wnck-applet, others (like the clock-applet) produce
the same error messages.
I guess they're triggered when the applet is being repainted, for example
because a cursor is moved within their region. Also changes on the panel itself
(like starting a new applet) triggers those error messages.
