Bug#855518: panel-mate: got crazy on some sizes only! either got new line of list of windows

hi, this sounds like "wount be solved THAT'S ALL" but i guest that jeesie
are the currentl stable,and the behaviour of the panel are not stable.. umm
some one understand that's i taking about?

why only GTK3 related? the today behaviour in mate are very unconfortable
and not working!

at least explain why!
