Caja and mate-desktop are now allowed to be uploaded (see the comments
in https://bugs.debian.org/863791 and https://bugs.debian.org/863792).

I would also like to see mate-themes getting into Stretch before its
release, because there were many changes since 3.22.6, and the patch
would be very large.
