Bug#866004: mate-control-center-common: inconsistency between order of keyboard layouts and order of layouts while switching between them

Update - after a clean shutdown and restart of the computer - the order of
the switches matches the order of the layouts in keyboard preferences.
But note, that when I've reported the bug, I had done a restart after the
dist upgrade. So I'm not sure if the problem is solved or might pop up
again randomly...
