Bug#858438: atril doesn't allow the user to select text from (OCR'ed) djvu files

Hi.

I have some books that I scanned and that I converted to djvu with the help
of djvubind. They were all OCR'ed with the help of tesseract and, when I
open them with djview4, I am able to select the text corresponding to of the
djvu files.

With atril, I'm not.

OTOH, if I open a PDF file that has been OCR'ed, I can select/copy the
text.  It would be nice to the user if he could select the text regardless
of if the file is a djvu or a pdf (since it is actually possible with both).
