Dear Maintainer,

Using Debian Stretch, upgraded from Debian Jessie.

Background is eather Black or the Default One.

Unchecking and Checking "Show Icons on Desktop" in Mate Tweak temporarly makes
the choosed Background appear.
After Reboot/Logout again default or black background
