Subject: mate-panel applet become unusable after moving towards another panel

Dear Maintainer,
Starting with initial configuration of MATE.
1 - Open menu on applet (e.g. Task list)
2 - Unlock from panel
3 - Move (drag n' drop) to another panel
4 - Look / the applet freeze
Joining a capture (it's circled on top of the screen).
