Yes it is easily worked around but the user doesn't have any options but 
to leave the panel alone. The problem with this is an option is given to 
change the panel and when that option doesn't work it is a useless 
option that shouldn't be there. The option, as it is, stops the panel 
from working as it should therefore I believe it is an RC bug.
