Bug#862355: mate-settings-daemon: Can't change wallpaper when selecting one

So according to upstream upgrading mate-desktop to 1.16.2 and caja to 1.16.3 fixes this. 
Should a bug report be made for each one of them and close this one or the maintainers are aware of this anyway?
