please enable autobuilders for caja-dropbox

Hi,

the caja-dropbox should be fairly auto-buildable from a legal point of view.

The reason for caja-dropbox being in non-free are some icon files  
(Dropbox'ish be design) that are licensed under CC-BY-ND-3.0.

I have just uploaded caja-dropbox 1.18.0-2 with XS-Autobuild: yes  
added to debian/control.
