getting mate 1.20 and transferring the mailing list from alioth to lists.debian.org

I am on it... Give me a week and the we should have them all ready for  
upload. The upload will be a mass upload of all 1.20 packages.

Checkout debian-mate at lists.debian.org. Packages' Maintainer fields  
have already been switch to that list. With the upcoming uploads, all  
packages will have moved over to the new debian-mate list.
