getting mate 1.20 and transferring the mailing list from alioth to lists.debian.org

Hi all,

Just saw that all the bugs for gtk+3 have been dealt with except the
tracking report . https://github.com/mate-desktop/caja/issues/482 and
then make the releases and get it packaged for debian.

Looking forward to see the new 1.20 release soonish :)

I do hope that we have -dbgsym packages as default as well, so if
something breaks, at least we can document it using gdb which should
help any bug get the proper attention and treatment .
