potential date for mate-desktop 1.24 ?

Dear all,

Every now and then I look at to know the potential date of
mate-desktop 1.24 but apart from the roadmap [1] , there doesn't seem
to be anyway to track the remaining stuff for mate 1.24 to come out.
It probably would have been better to spell/link to tracking bugs in
github so people like me can track and know when mate-desktop 1.24
hits the street. I also looked at MATE planet [2] and even there there
doesn't seem to be much info. Perhaps an upstream mailing list could
have given more info but there doesn't seem to be any upstream mailing
list. Even if the IRC discussions were publicly archived for perusal
for people like me who like mate.

Looking forward to more info. Please do cc me if answering on the thread.
