Working on libmateweather

Hi folks!

I want to start reviewing libmateweather now which Stefano has uploaded
to Mentors [1]. There are a few things in the package I'd like to change
before uploading it.

My question is, since we are doing the packaging VCS on Alioth now, do I
already have write access?

Mike, what tools did you use for the packaging VCS? git-buildpackage and
friends? We should agree on a certain work flow so all packages are kept
in VCS exactly the same way.
