Removal of mate-desktop and libmatewnck from NEW

Dear FTP Masters,

please remove "mate-desktop" and "libmatewnck" from NEW. We are
currently having issues with the packages already in unstable
and therefore have to stop uploading any new Mate-related
packages into unstable.
