Multi-license debian/* in Debian's MATE packages

HI all,
I want to bring a minor issue to our awareness. I just looked at
mate-doc-utils and prepared a new revision (-3).
The update includes a slight change to debian/copyright [1].
Background of this is that files esp. patches in debian/* should
always match the upstream license. If several licenses occur in the
upstream files, debian/patches/* files have to be compatible with all
those licenses. Easiest thing to do then is multi-licensing everything
in debian/*.
Everyone agrees? Esp. Stefano (as I have changed the licenses of stuff
that you are copyright holder of)? Before I have not received a yes
from Stefano here, I will not upload that package. Thanks
Greets,
Mike
